As of March 2024, Thu Thiem Zeit River has entered the completion phase preparing for handover to future owners.

Tower 1:

• The exterior has completed 70% of progress in painting, and finishing steps;
• The interior has finished 100% with wall cladding, ceiling, main doors installation, balconies, electrical systems, water heating systems, furnishing bathrooms and kitchens...;
• Tower T1 will continue to be furnishing basic elements such as cupboard, stove, air conditioner, wardrobe, pantry ... to ensure the progress of handing over to the customer follows as planned.

Tower 2:

• Simultaneously to the Tower T1, Tower T2 has been completing the exterior with painting and coating the entire tower, including the walls and ceilings of balconies;
• The interior has also completed installing lighting system, smart wall pad, air conditioner, water heating systems, floor tiling, glass doors...;
• Tower T1 will continue to be furnishing elements in the living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms (shelves, wardrobes) and wall cladding.
