Construction progress of Thu Thiem Zeit River updated to September 2023 :

• Tower 1: Civil construction work has been completed up to the 25th floor; exterior painting has been completed up to the 23rd floor; interior painting has been completed up to the 22nd floor. In addition, installation of wooden doors has been completed from the 8th to the 13th floor;
• Tower 2: Civil construction work has been completed up to the 29th floor; plastering has been completed up to the 24th floor; tiling and painting have been completed up to the 15th floor;
• Amenities and low-rise areas have also been completing exterior painting;
• The swimming pool area includes an overflow pool, Jaccuzi pool, relaxing pool, and the children’s play area have been under construction;
• The resident parking area has been completed.
