Construction progress of Thu Thiem Zeit River updated to May 2023:

• Tower 1: Undergoing bricklaying and plastering up to the 20th floor. Engineers are also installing MEP system and air conditioning system on the 11th floor, heat recovery ventilation system on the 14th floor;
• Tháp T2: Tower 2: Undergoing bricklaying and plastering up to the 20th floor. Engineers are also installing MEP system and air conditioning system on the 9th floor, heat recovery ventilation system on the 12th floor;
• Podium: Undergoing bricklaying and plastering both the exterior and interior on the 4th floor.
