Construction progress of Thu Thiem Zeit River updated to June 2023:

• Tower 1: Bricklaying and plastering up to the 21st floor. Engineers are also installing MEP system including wiring for lighting on the 11th floor, electrical systems for appliances on the 13th floor, plumbing systems on the 18th floor;
• Tower 2: Bricklaying up to the 24th floor. Engineers are also installing MEP system including air conditioning on the 9th floor, ventilation and heat recovery system on the 12th floor;
• Podium: Completing both the exterior and interior civil construction on the 4th floor.
